Cimarron Model P Jr question

Hi Folks,

I have a Mernickle SP6-SA holster being made to fit a Cimarron Mod P Jr 4 3/4 inch .22 LR revolver that I was planning to buy when my dealer got them in. Then, yesterday I visited the dealer and bought the .38 Spec/.38 Colt version instead.

My question is this; does anyone know if the .38/.22 cylinders and barrels are the same outside diameter? I may need another holster, but, Boy, I hope not!
