Crazy thing ive seen

watch this video and see how lucky these guys where..and the raw strength of animals..and btw any idea wat kinda guns or caliber they were probably using

I don't know, but they sound pretty large caliber, which is what I would expect for going on a safari. Man, after seeing that, if I were to ever hunt big game or go on safari I would want some sort of large caliber semi-auto rifle AND a .50AE or 500sw handgun for a backup just in case. Geez! I bet that close of a call gets the adrenaline pumping that's for sure!

Theres just something that hits me as incredibly wrong about hunting carnivorous predators. I just don't like it, not at all.

Plus, if you miss, you've got a good chance of getting laid out by the angry critter you just shot at.
This goes to remind me too how fragile humans really are. Technology is all that saves us. After that animal got to close for comfort they could do nothing but run around and fling bullets.
