I need a Private Transfer Form (Florida)

In a few hours I am going to be getting a really good deal on a rifle from a friend who is getting deployed. I need a copy of a good private transfer form that maybe someone has created, or some instructions on how to create one. Thanks

But if you WANT to document the transaction..... you can.

Documentation is always better in deals. Its a nor brainer. If I ever decide to sell a firearm I will have it documented.

Oh HELL yes, if I were selling a firearm, I would get the buyer to sign a bill of sale! Do you want the cops coming to you, as the guy who signed the 4473, saying that the gun was used in a crime, and we want you to come downtown with us?! If you don't have something to show that you SOLD the gun to someone (who was eligible to buy it!), you'd better start working on your alibi instead.

I would change that form that cougar made up to say "seller" and "buyer" instead, though.

In fact, I would try to sell only to someone willing to let me photocopy his driver's license.

Good thing I don't have any guns I want to sell.
