The Howard Leight Impact Pro Electronic Muffs I reviewed do not fold up small. I contrasted them with the Impact Pro SPORT model which is much thinner and do fold up, but they have an NRR of ONLY 22 as opposed to 30 for the model I reviewed. They are about $45 a pair, but like their larger brother, don't have great sound quality. Okay for the range, but not without supplement plugs (same for the Peltors). Such a low NRR just isn't a good idea by itself.
