I have recorded some powder info with my scale as I always do but it originaly came with a charge table and it says the following sentence in the directions,

"A table which accompanies each tool lists all the powders available to the handloader and shows the weight in grains of the charge thrown by the measure for each kind of powder when the charge tube is set at any given graduation".

It goes on some after that but it looks like it had a charge table included from the factory when it was new and thats what im trying to get to have as a starting point. I have a few other good powder measures but I have always loved the Belding & Mull ones and finally got one and im real happy with it.
Also, Its seems to be hard to push the drop lever and is that normal or is it adjustable and if not, Can you do a spring change to lighten up on the force thats needed to throw a charge?
