The biggest tree i ever shot a squirrel out of was probably only 50-75 ft tall. I've seen them in taller trees like the fir and cedar in my back yard but the never seem to climb more that 30 - 40 ft high. Any higher and the hawks' get 'em. Seems like a 50 yrd zero might be much given the little head that's your target
