"Was just in Academy picking up a scope when, the gun counter guy informed a guy behind me that Academy will continue to sell ARs but, they will no longer be displayed. He said you would have to ask to see one."
Yeah i was in my local academy last week and saw their were no AR's. As i was browsing the handgun section the employee pulled one out to show it to another customer.
Their was also a rumor in my area that Sportsmans Warehouse stopped selling them. So i went in and asked and the salesman said "we are still selling them but they sell as soon as we get one in."
Alot of people are assuming everyone stopped selling them just cause they didn't see one on the rack when thats not always the case.
