I LOVE autocomp as well. I have found that it is very clean burning for low power 9mm loads. Most of my 9mm loads just break the min power factor for IDPA. I also use a lot of it in 40.

I load 115g, 124g, and 147g with it and its great in all of them. I'd give you some numbers but I'm on my way to Colorado and all my stuff is at home.
