I'm kind of ashamed to admit that I've never got around to getting a real pocket holster. If I'm wearing a suite/sport coat I use a blanchi clip-on IWB with retention strap. In my pocket (most of the time) I use a uncle mike's cloth IWB with the plastic clip cut off. Soft enough to not rub the piece, thin enough to not add bulk, sticky enough to stay in the pocket.
