Update: I checked it out last night, it's actually brand new and unused, it's still got the original manufacturer's oil on it. I must have changed my mind about it before it arrived in the mail and put it on the shelf after opening the box.
I just heard that the price has gone down on the Walker cylinders a little bit.

Is $230 shipped a fair price? Howell's is selling them for $240 plus shipping. Used ones are hovering around $200.
