In my experience, none at all. I had MMC Ghost Ring sights put on a shotgun, and found them to be slower and more difficult for me to use than the original bead.
Ashley Outdoors Express Sights and double bead are equally good for me, and both are better than MMC Ghost Ring.
Others have different experience and opinions. User's choice.
