You will need a forming die and a neck reaming die to form 250 Savage out of 308 brass. This is because the sizing die does not generally push the shoulder back far enough to allow for rebound of the brass. RCBS used to sell complete forming die sets. You will also have a lot less case volume, so load carefully. It might just be easier to use 22-250 brass and run it into a sizing die to expand the neck.
