Suggest start under 158g of 12.0g, non-magnum primer.
For mild/medium/performance 38 Special and medium/performance 9x19 recommend Power Pistol.
Very high accuracy potential in both.
Most highly recommend Blue Dot be reserved for medium-weight bullets in 10mm.
