4 MOA was considered acceptable for a WWII rifle. That's 4" at 100 yards, or 2 " at 50. You're in that ballpark with cheap ammo, hand loading will probably let you cut that in half.

I used to love being able to hit hard at 1000 yards. As I get older I find hitting a mini ram at 200 yards with the 22 oddly more satisfying.
