I have not used PMC specifically, but I have found a 357 sp101 to perform almost perfectly with 130-135 gr bullets. Some people say they like heavier bullets than this for the sp101, but I find the recoil to get a bit crazy with the mag 145s or 158s, etc. Shooting 38, 38+p, and mag out of this gun requires only slight sight picture adjustment, if any, in my experience. Bullet weight has seemed to be the biggest factor with this gun - less than 125 gr not so good, heavier than 135 gr not so good. This is just one man's opinion, of course, but I've tested probably at least 15 different loads out of this gun.
