I don't know why the aluminum would come out looking nicer. The extractor in my P7M8 actually tore notches out of the Blazer Aluminum.

But as far as accuracy - I always thought the Nyclad was pretty accurate stuff. I think it has to do with the rifling getting a better "grip" on the bullet than copper jacketing, but I don't really know for sure. The two rounds that always shot accurately for me in my P7M8 were Nyclad 124 and Federal 135gr Hydra-Shok.
