I've had similar experiences with CZ. I bought one of their laminated 527, .223s and was told exactly the same thing: That the Kevlar model was 1:9 all the rest were 1:12. WRONG. As others have discovered despite assurances from Mike, the so-called Master Gunsmith at CZ in Kansas City, (one rude PIA when he's in the mood) mine is a 1:9. The last time I talked to him about the matter he basically said that they never know what Europe is going to do and are saying what they've been told.
