what ever happened to "trust thy fellow man". I ordered a ($240) powder measure from Harrells, he didn't want any money up front, he said he would box it up and send it. I f like it pay him in whatever form, if not send it back and if I fail to pay "that is an issue between me and the big guy" however, he will continue to conduct business the same way he always has. Trust is a two way street and there are too many ways to circumvent a scam to mention.
