I have used IOSSO for very dirty brass about 6 - 8 times. I have never left the brass in solution for over 45 SECONDS. The instructions indicate to leave them in from 20 seconds to 5 minutes, watching for desired results, and to never leave them longer than this. I'd chunk those babies.
