You could polish with a felt tip for a year and not do much to
the angle of the ramp.
Craytex will, but not as fast as AlO2 wheels.
Needless to say, these aren't for polishing.
Conservative is the word.
I changed the sear angle a little bit with an India stone,
but then I have half a dozen or more in my Armorer's kit.
