Why can't you buy it now? If you can't buy it as a C&R, you will have to have it sent through a dealer and pay a bit more, but if you want it as badly as you seem to, that should not be a very big concern. Why is your book important? I know many collectors who have C&R FFL's and quite a few who do not. A collection is a collection, whether any given item is a C&R or not.
