The 'dealer to dealer' transfer is the Form 3. You should be able to order them from the factory and send them to your dealer.
From there, it's Form 4 time to transfer them to yourselves or a trust.
I'm going from recent memory, but am pretty sure the only names on a Form 3 are the sending and receiving dealers (not you). Hope that helps, also hope I'm not about to get corrected by someone who knows better
