I think 1Hobie is correct...the case mouth is too narrow. After you Bell the case mouth you should be able to insert a bullet far enough that it won't fall out when turned upside down. The cases should not be reused...the bullets and powder should be OK.

Also check to make sure your lock ring is tight and that the die hasn't moved in the press.
