Yep.
That was readily apparent to me at the time.
I just slapped it up on a sandbag that was shakily on top of a plastic garbage can.
I was holding the sandbag to keep it from sliding off the can and my thumb got in the way.
It didn't the 2nd shot.
But you do have to be aware of where it is in a way you don't have to with an AR or an AK.
