The die with the phillips screw is the LEE expander die. I'm not sure what the screw is for. I didn't need to adjust anything but the height.

This one, like the one with the plastic plug in it, are not standard dies as shipped by Lee.
Glad it works for you... but someone took some liberties with the dies you purchased.
