CCI # 41 primers -- (manufactured to military specifications)
As stated ubove they do have a harder cup (to help
prevent a slam fire) and they also are a magnum primer ( this aids in the ignition of ball powders and helps ignite powder in very cold temperature)

They work very well in 223 or any small rifle primer aplication
( they are the only small rifle primer I use)
they can be used with any powder in any temperature

( Max loads should be reduced when switching to a magnum primer )
