My problem with this photo is that A it is loaded and B contrary to A he has his thumb inside the trigger guard. Now had it been loaded and not had a way to trigger it by a human analog then it would be just a loaded gun and really nothing more. But as its been proven before even DAO triggers have been pulled on "accident". Not very smart of this guy to take a photo as such.
