I can do it--a cave man could; the only thing is that you have to be thorough in the steps and when in doubt--ask an expert (which I am not). Most of the wildcat manufacturers are very small outfits that have a high vested interest in helping their cartridges catch on; so they generally tend to be very helpful when calling for advice.
