I would expect any good cast bullets would make fine plinking loads. I've cast from Lyman and Lee molds for years. Other brands are probably fine too. I've also purchased many thousands of cast slugs and found them generally fine.
But why not use .45 COLT (Long) brass and save your .454 Casull brass for serious hunting loads?
