I think it's pretty good, as-is, but you can do a trigger job or have SW do it and there's also a different sear SW can install or sell you. The trigger job is available on the MP Pistol forum someone sent you the link to already. Looks pretty easy.

I got lucky in that S&W did a trigger job for me gratis while they had it back in their hands for an FTE issue. I'd asked them in my letter to ping me for credit card info for their trigger job. They never called but did it for free, or as compensation for the FTE issue. It did lighten the trigger. That said, firing my buddy's exact same 9C side by side the trigger difference wasn't that noticeable. Great shooting little gun.
