if you are fixed on those two guns then the sig would be a better choice but thats my opinion. i myself just recently got me a new plastic gun. i did was consider the sigpro, glock 19, hk usp, and walther p99. the sigpro and usp are a bit on the thick side in the grips. the glock and p99 had better ergonomics i.e. they fit my hand better. down the line i went with the p99 in 9mm. the usp i admit would have been a good choice but it was a bit out of my price range and it didnt fit right.
