I use Promo powder in just about everything for light loads. (Promo is a cheaper version of Red Dot) It is very accurate and actually pretty clean-burning if you don't load it down too far. It will work in all of those pistol cartridges, but will not give top performance, especially in the .357 and .44, but how often do you need top performance as long as you still have cheap and accurate? (it's one of those "pick any 2 of the 3" things)

4.5 grains of Promo (Red Dot) with a 148 grain cast wadcutter is a fun load in .357 Magnum.
