Changing your load from 230 jacketed to 200 gr lead will change your point of impact. However, It depends on what level of accuracy you want / need and what sport you are in. For most IPSC style course's the difference in point of impact will not be much. Just check a typical distance that your club does "head shots" and see if the difference bothers you.
You can order bullet sample packs from some of the on line bullet vendors like National Lead, and try 20 or so bullets before you buy them by the 1000's.
