They are known to delete reviews that are not what they believe to be favorable.
BHW/CRA does the same thing.
Post a negative review, it gets deleted. If you post a not-quite-positive review, they'll hold the review and contact you within 48 hours to try to persuade you to change your mind. If you don't, the review goes into the shredder.
