Go to the Hodgdon Reloading Data center for your load data.

COL won't matter until you measure your rifle. You can either buy a comparator, or you can measure your rifle the way garage hobbyists measure theirs. Either way works fine. Hodgdon lists the COL for their data at 2.800 and that's a fine place to start.
