I use just about all the different makes of dies, and mix and match even.

Overall I think Redding are the best dies available under $100, Hornady New Dimension dies are probably second best and then RCBS, Lyman, and Lee are pretty close thirds.

If you have a little money by all means buy the best dies you can, if you are strapped and need a set of dies to be able to afford shooting your gun a set of Lee's will get you going.
