A .22 snubby (to be a sister to my S&W Mod 36 in .38) is for me just a fun gun and a way to practice with a small-frame/short-barrel handgun without spending a fortune on ammunition.
Being a student/educator, I am almost never without my satchel shoulder-bag. My .38 snubby is perfect as a constant carry piece in an inside pocket.
I have no illusions about a .22 being a man-stopper,,,
I know it isn't an ideal personal defense round,,,
But it would be better than nothing.
But mainly it would be for fun and inexpensive practice.
