Before the economic downturn, custom loading shops were one of the booming small businesses, I understand. Don't know how the component shortages have affected that? Not well, I expect. It was driven by people buying benchrest and varmint rifles with the builder's recommended load recipe, and wanting it duplicated without learning to load themselves. Also by some CAS shooters wanting obscure obsolete rounds loaded for them.

Try searching on "custom loading ammunition". A number of places come up when I Yahoo that. Loading and selling ammunition requires federal licenses and special liability insurance (unless the loader is foolish). Folks posting here mostly won't have those.
