yep, I had the same deal. High velocity 40 grain CCI ammo fed ok all10 rds. I think it has to do with the shape of the projectile in the mag causing cartridge to not tilt up into the feed ramp.

lighter bullets fed in the mag if it was only loaded with 6 or less, hope this helps
