Some air guns do have recoil.
Spring powered rifles have plenty of it.
Blowback pistols can have about the same as a .22.
Nothing like a centerfire pistol, but enough for meaningful practice.
The most accurate one I have that also has the most recoil is the Umarex replica of the Beretta PX4:
