Parrot: It CAN take up to 90 days for it to go thru, but may well be considerably faster. Some counties are faster than others. It took about 6 weeks for some medical institution (that I'd never heard of) to get back to the Sherif's dept to let them know I had no mental illness; otherwise it would have only taken about 4-6 weeks.

The CCW also makes it easy to make instant purchases.

I carry small and unless theres a sign on the door saying no guns, I don't worry about it.
