tighter-but then, some folks in this thread have reported that you can hold an inertia-based action
too tightly to your shoulder. I'm not sure what the happy "medium" is, if there is one. As I said previously, I've never had my Benelli Super Eagle shotgun malfunction no matter how tightly I was holding it.
