Really 2 different guns. I don't know anything about the Bersa BP9CC because it is not out yet. The springfield is proven, and I think it is a great gun made by a great company. Either will be easy to conceal with the nod going to the bersa just because of the thickness. If your looking to get one of these soon I would go with the springfield just because it has been out for a long time, and you shouldn't have any hickups. Bersa does make a great gun though, just don't know anything about the bp8cc.
