Benchrest shooters, I need help!

15yrs ago I got into 1000yd benchrest shooting and still have my loading notes but I am missing one criticle item. I fireformed my 243ack brass by using Bullseye pistol powder, and using cream-of-wheat as a filler and capped of with wax. I have lost these criticle notes. I can not remember how much Bullseye I used for this process. This process was told to me by a fellow benchrest shooter. I have used this method several times in the past (over 10yrs ago) but cant remember the powder weight. Before anybody says you can fireform by loading up regular 243 brass, I know that but want to keep the barrel and throat wear to a minimum. Has anybody used this process before?
