i see a lot of talk on this forum about the remington 700, i am going to be geeting one in the next few paychecks, now here is my question, what does ADL, BDL and CDL stand for?? and what does this mean in terms of what the gun has or doesnt have, the 700 that i will be ordering will be the heavey barrel version, i just dont know what the abbr. are for......

also any recomondations for optics? i was thinking of a leopold mark IV, but i dont know if there is anything else out there that would be better? or more bang for the buck????

sorry for the newbie questions...but then again i am a newbie...
