Jeff, I agree with you about the SPLC....however as you say, they are sometimes cited as a credible source, because they are established. Their politics and agenda do make me sick, but it doesn't undermine their credibility to my chief or other higher ups...they maintain a good face. Personally, I disagree with them frequently and take everything they say with a grain of salt...pretty much like the ACLU.
