I just bought my second one, refinished with wood grips. I took my first one to the range with my Hk USPc and CZ75b. The CZ82 was by far the most accurate. I'm not sure if that was due to the fixed barrel, sights being set just right, or if it just happened to work better for me. I have zero malfunctions so far. This has been my surprise purchase this year as far as quality for the dollar goes.
