New from factory rifles, probably not.
However it would depend on the gunsmith that did the re-barreling/ chamber reaming as to whether or not they stamped the barrel as 7mm-06.
Although standard 7mm-08 fits and shoots in mine, i did stamp the AI on it for IF i ever sold it. (Fat chance of that happening).
