I'm looking at getting one of the Tapco M16 rifle kits for a cheap service rifle/plinker ($279+lower+semiauto parts). I only have postban recievers, so I'm going to have to throw away the full auto parts and convert the upper to postban legal, herein lies my problem: What can I do with the threaded muzzle that keeps me postban and service rifle legal?
