Last week I purchased a very slightly used Winchester Model 70 Classic 270 WSM that I am incredibly pumped up about. Sadly, it came with the $40 Simmons 3-9x50 scope on it, but for the price I paid for it from Cabella's, I really can't complain. I'm in the process of removing the scope and found it also has some crappy rings on it, without a single letter or number on them with which to identify them by. The bases themselves have a "46" on one and a "47" on the other, so I figure they are Weavers.

I'd like to get some Leupold bases and rings for it. I plan to get a matte 3-9x40 Nikon Buckmaster scope for it also. The problem I'm having is figuring out which bases and rings I need. I've searched on this site as well as Leupolds, but with little success as Leupold only lets you pick their scopes (obviously). Anybody know what I might need? There is a gun show tomorrow I'd like to hit and pick them up if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
